3. ORDERS

When you place an order through Adnan.pk, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify an order where necessary, including due to product availability, pricing errors, incorrect customer information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the order may be confirmed through the contact information provided by the customer before dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All product prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping fee is Rs. 299 unless free shipping or another promotional shipping offer is specifically provided.

We currently offer available payment methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time the order is placed will normally apply to that order.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping across Pakistan.

Orders are usually delivered within 8–12 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 16 business days due to weekends, public holidays, courier schedules, weather conditions, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active contact number.

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful if the customer provides incorrect information, is unavailable to receive the order, or does not cooperate with the courier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy allows eligible returns within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products must meet the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval or instructions may not be accepted.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable payment method.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and are subject to product availability and approval.
