The remarkable act was that Grayson read the entire Quran in English translation in one sitting without getting up, which took him a total of 18 hours. To keep track of his progress, he made different marks on his body. Each time he completed a page, he made a mark to remember how many pages he had read. After 18 hours, he successfully completed his mission.
Upon finishing the Quran, Grayson identified three important points that he found crucial for his life. First, he emphasized the importance of worshiping Allah and submitting to His commands. Second, he highlighted the need to avoid worldly and meaningless distractions. Third, he stressed the importance of being obedient and sacrificing personal desires.
Grayson reflected on his experience, noting that Islam is a peaceful religion. He compared his experience of reading the Quran to his previous readings of the Bible. According to Grayson, the knowledge in the Quran surpassed that of the Bible, particularly because he felt that the original teachings of Jesus (Hazrat Isa Salam) are no longer present in contemporary Christianity. He pointed out that Christianity, in his view, has shifted away from monotheism to the worship of Jesus as God, which contrasts with the monotheistic principles of Islam.
